We are seeking a customer grievance executive intern to join our team. As a Customer Grievance Executive Intern, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle escalated customer complaints via phone, email
2. Investigate customer issues and determine the root cause of the problem
3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer grievances promptly
4. Keep accurate records of customer complaints and their resolutions
5. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
6. Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to prevent future complaints
7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
8. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns and suggestions for improvement
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
10. Maintain the MIS of complaint management and send daily reports to the management

1. Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field

4. Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with upset customers
5. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
8. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
